Service on all major makes and models, and are well equipped for overhauls and retrofits as well as turnkey installation of new generator power systems. You can be confident in our service expertise, since our factory certified technicians are skilled and experienced with a wide variety of generator products.

 

We offer load bank testing up to 2 megawatts, Dyno testing, as well as complete diagnostic service. Generac, Kohler Power Systems, and Briggs and Stratton also back us up with full factory support, and their Technical Resource Group is on call as an additional resource to assist us in meeting your needs. We also offer generator training to inform you on all you need to know about your backup generator systems.

Parts Availability:

At Pan American Power we recognize one major component of outstanding field service is parts fulfillment, so we also maintain a vast inventory of generator parts and accessories; backed up by fast shipment from the factory on items when the need arises. Our technicians will work closely with you to ensure your parts are ordered and received within the time frame your system demands.
 

 

Authorized Factory Startup:

Pan American Power’s technicians are factory trained and certified to perform installation and startup services for Generac, Kohler Power Systems and Briggs and Stratton. Our technician’s work closely with engineering and the factory to ensure your systems are properly installed and started up.
 

 

Warranty Support Services:

Pan American Power works as the liaison between its clients and the manufacturer on all warranty issues. Generac, Kohler Power Systems and Briggs and Stratton have shown their confidence in the quality and reliability of its equipment by warranting the entire power generation package – engine, alternator, controls, switches, wiring, and other generator parts. Depending on the product clients receive one to five years of warranty coverage. If there is a warranty issue Pan American Power’s certified technician will be there to get it fixed.
 

 

Preventative Maintenance:

Improperly maintained generators, transfer switches, and other Generator parts provide a false sense of security. Preventive Maintenance is essential in assuring system availability. Pan American Power has developed maintenance practices that meet or exceed manufacturer recommendations. Our comprehensive inspections focus on early detection of problems, as well as oil and filter changes. Standard operating procedures guide our technicians, each of whom are encouraged to take whatever time necessary to thoroughly evaluate the generator and its surrounding sub-systems. Our Maintenance agreements are a way to ensure your generator will be operating properly when you need it most.

Scheduled Maintenance:

Pan American Power offers a range of service contracts customized to your specific generator needs. Protect your investment with routine maintenance to ensure continued reliable operation of your equipment when you need it most.

Semi-Annual Maintenance Agreements:

A technician will come out twice during the 12-month period. At one visit the unit will have a complete oil change & inspection. The technician will change the oil, air and oil filters. Meanwhile, the technician will run the generator and check to make sure everything is working properly in the unit. An inspection of the transfer switch is also included. The second visit the technician will complete a full inspection on the unit, checking to make sure everything is working properly and putting the generator under a connected-load Test. An inspection of the transfer switch is also included.

Annual Maintenance Agreements:

A technician will come out once in a 12-month period. The technician will complete an oil change and connected-load test. The technician will change the oil, air and oil filters and also run a load-test insuring the unit is working properly under the load of the house. An inspection of the transfer switch is also included.
